I think that this talk really tells us more about people getting stress. This talk helps me to come up with more ideas on how to relief stress. I would encourage my friends to listen to this stress.
Good suggestions for relieving stress. it is really a good suggestions maybe i should try them. This soundclip can be useful as most students get stress. It is good for students because they get stress when it is exam time. it is really good because it is useful for me.

I am stressed even after exam because i still need to go for tuition and my tuition is on Wendesday,thursday and friday.I cope with my stress by running and exercising.They heip me to feel less stressed up

I think the best way to cope with stress is to do some outdoor activities or talk to our friends abuot our problems.I also think we should watch our favorite television proegrammes to forget about thing's that make people stressed.We couled listen or tell jokes.Maybee we could even play with our pets. stress can be something difficult to avoid, but if you are very stress, you might have organ failure. So be careful with what you are doing and dont worry to much!

i feel stress when I play my brother game. Is boy game!
