23 March: Why do we grow old? (page 9) - 4 Humility

With every passing second, we are growing older. Have you ever wondered why we grow old? Cells in our bodies make copies of themselves and keep dividing into twos for about 50 times, after which, they start a process of “hibernating”. A possible reason that our cells grow old and die is the “build-up of poisonous and waste materials inside the body, or because of little mistakes that cells sometimes make when they copy themselves”. Humans have been living longer because of better food and health-care. What are some things we can do to help ourselves be healthier?

We should eat more vegetables, fruits and other heathy food. We should also cut down eating unhealhty food like chicken wings, french fries and other oily food.If we do that everyday, I think we will surely be healthy.

1. I will wake up and laugh for at least thirty minutes before I get out of bed. 'HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA'

2. I will only eat KFC chicken wing, McDonald fries and nuggets,Pizza Hut Honey chicken, or anything unhealthy once in a whie.

Do exercise everytime when free try not to eat unhealthy food like not going to KFC, McDonald, Burger King or Pizza Hut. Try not to go to the places that sell fried food. Go to bed early
eat more vegetables try not drink gassy drink and be a fit person!
